The ruffled wrap blouse and pearled denim are two ongoing trends that can aid in your transition from Summer to Fall.  Fall is officially here but summer refuses to move on and for that I’m not mad at all.  This ruffled wrap blouse and pearled denim are all a part of my summer haul from the Zara sale and will work as perfect transition pieces with the crisp fall weather approaching over the next little while.

Ruffled Wrap Blouse

The ruffled wrap blouse made its debut during the spring/ summer and captured everyone’s attention including myself with its romantic ruched sleeves and the long wrap that  easily cinches the waistline.  In this post I’ve opted to for a daytime/casual look; but don’t be fooled, this blouse can be dressed up as well. You can wear it slightly off the shoulders as seen here, for a sexier night-time look.  Transitioning into Fall, pair this this ruffled wrap blouse with these high-waist wide leg pants  for chic Fall look and these  pumps by Kate Spade with a statement heel. All around, this ruffled wrap blouse is a good buy, with great versatility and can be worn for almost any occasion.

 

Pearl Denim

While I don’t usually go for denim with embellishments, I am absolutely loving the new pearl denim trend.  These  ankle  pearled denim pants are from Zara, and were purchased at the latter part of summer.  Gold is a favourite accent piece of mine, and so was immediately drawn to the gold pearls along the side of these jeans.  Pearl denim is a popular trend for the Fall, but while on the trendier side I would opt for a  budget friendly pair like these from Zara, which are only $49.90 CAD. The fit of the Zara jeans in this post are quite nice, however while they are being advertised as a mid-rise fit, I find them to be more of a low-rise fit.  You can dress these jeans up with this white long sleeved blouse and these pumps by Charles David for a quick dinner date in the Fall.
